Adapting to the current need for more social (or better said- physical) distancing and self-isolation, Fancy Hank's has launched an expanded take-away service from today.
Master of American BBQ-style smoked meats and sauces, the restaurant operating from their central Bourke Street location, is on a mission to ensure no Melburnian is isolated from the goodness of quality take-home BBQ that is convenient and accessible for all.
Fancy Hank’s Executive Chef Mike Patrick says: “We’re not stopping smoking barbecue, if you’re unable to come to us, we’ll come to you. We’ll even throw in a roll of toilet paper if you spend over $100.”
Fancy Hank’s specialise in slow-cooked American BBQ, cooked in an in-house two-tonne custom-built smoker. Famous for their house-made delicious sauces from award-winning chefs.
Made fresh onsite and then vacuum-sealed, the meals are priced at an affordable $25 per head, containing smoked meats, mac and cheese, salad, pickles and a bottle of Fancy Hank’s sauce; everything needed to bring a smoky American barbecue meal to the dinner table. The take-home BBQ meals will come packaged in a freezer bag with easy reheating instructions.
Alongside regular pick-up and take-away orders that apply to anything off the menu, the restaurant is also introducing new ready-made meal packs to take the stress out of feeding families or perfect for special occasions at home.
