TUTTO BENE TEACHES HOW TO RISOTTO



Melburnians are committed to food in winter and few restaurants know this better than Tutto Bene - who recently won an Ospitalità Italiana Award this year.

Dedicated to promoting Italian gastronomic culture in Melbourne, Tutto Bene is now offering cooking masterclasses for the uninitiated into the mysteries of risotto.

To quote famous British TV chef Rick Stein “everyone should have a signature risotto dish”, and now Melburnians will be able to create one at Tutto Bene’s Risotto Masterclass.

While making risotto seems simple, there is much debate about the ingredients and method to create the perfect dish. Head Chef Nathan Scarfo will lead the class revealing his ‘tips and tricks’ and provide a take home ‘goodie bag’ to help participants put into practise their newly acquired cooking skills.


Providing great value for money, this culinary event includes a two-course meal and glass of wine – specially selected to compliment the risotto dish. All this for only $75 per person.

The Masterclass promises to be not only a night filled with fun, good food and wine but also an education in the finer culinary skills needed for a classic dish like risotto at one of Melbourne’s famed “go to” places for risotto.
